Spotlighting and celebrating the success and achievements of unsung African heroes, transformers and business leaders in the UK

Businesses in the UK continue to suffer from a lack of diversity and inclusion, including a low rate of Black and African Ethnic Minorities (BAME) that hold leadership positions.

As part of SSCG Consulting Corporate Citizenship Initiative and One Africa Network commitment to promote diversity and inclusion in businesses. We will be showcasing and celebrating the outstanding success and achievement of African leaders in business, entrepreneurs and professionals in the UK.

Each year we will be calling for nominations and publishing our Top 100 list of African most influential business leaders in the UK making a positive change, transforming industries and the economy.

Selection criteria to be used for nominees will include many factors such as; Excellence in leadership and performance, personal accomplishments, commitment to sharing knowledge, launching successful business ventures, holding a senior role in an organisation, sphere of influence within their industry or community, breaking the Status Quo, strive to drive progress and positive change in the industry and outside their professional roles.
